Refund Policy

At Tlachia Coffee House, every product is crafted with intention — whether it’s our low-acid coffee or handmade apparel. Because we work with third-party partners to fulfill your orders, all sales are considered final unless your item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

☕ Coffee Orders (via Dripshipper)

Our coffee is roasted fresh and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases unless the item:

• Arrives damaged

• Is incorrect (wrong product sent)

• Is lost in transit (with valid tracking claim)

If you experience an issue, please email us at tlachiacoffeehouse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.

👕 Apparel & Merchandise (via Printful)

All merchandise (shirts, mugs, bags, etc.) is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color or design preference changes

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll work with Printful to make it right.

Please report issues to tlachiacoffeehouse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• A photo of the damage or misprint

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

🚚 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or other carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us so we can assist where possible.
