Thank you for supporting Tlachia Coffee House! We proudly ship coffee and merchandise through our trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your orders ship.

☕ Coffee Orders (Fulfilled by Dripshipper)

• All coffee is roasted fresh and made to order.

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.

• Coffee is shipped directly from the roaster’s U.S. facility via USPS or UPS.

👕 Merchandise Orders (Fulfilled by Printful)

• All apparel, mugs, and accessories are custom printed upon ordering.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

• You will receive a separate tracking email from Printful when your item ships.

📦 Combined Orders

Please note: Coffee and merchandise may arrive in separate shipments and have different delivery dates.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

🚚 Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Tlachia Coffee House is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located:

1. Check with neighbors or around your property.

2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

3. Notify us at tlachiacoffeehouse@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on the product, weight, and destination. Some promotions may offer free shipping on select items.

• We do not ship from our mobile cart — coffee service is local only unless otherwise stated.

• We do not offer in-person pickup at this time.
