Tlachia (pronounced TLAH-chee-ah) means “to see” or “to observe” in Nahuatl, the language of the Aztecs, and that’s exactly what we invite you to do: see differently, sip intentionally, and connect deeply.
Rooted in Mexican heritage, inspired by women, and brewed with purpose, Tlachia Coffee House is more than just a coffee brand, it’s a soul-led movement. What started as a family-driven dream is evolving into a mobile café designed to bring *low-acid, culturally inspired drinks to our community, one meaningful sip at a time.

While we proudly offer a variety of coffees and teas in our online store, please note that not all products are low-acid. Only our specialty blends, The Ancestor (Mexican Blend), The Seer (Mexican Chocolate), and Aunt Coffee (Mocha), are carefully selected for their naturally lower acidity. We will be featuring The Ancestor blend on our mobile coffee cart for a smooth, gentle experience in every cup.
Who Inspired me?

This journey began with love, a love for quiet mornings, strong coffee, and the woman who made both feel sacred. My mom wasn’t just someone who enjoyed a good cup; she was the soul of every gathering, the warmth in every kitchen, and the calm in the chaos. To all my cousins, she was known affectionately as “Aunt Coffee”, always ready with a fresh brew and open arms.
Coffee was our ritual. It connected us, grounded us, and held space for our deepest talks and biggest dreams. Though she’s no longer here physically, she’s my guiding light, my guardian angel, walking beside me in every bold step I take with Tlachia.
The Aunt Coffee blend isn’t just a flavor. It’s a tribute. A celebration of strength, warmth, and legacy. I know she would be proud of what I’m creating, and even prouder to see that her love continues to pour into every single cup.​

Our Unique Coffee Journey

Coffee has always been part of my story, not just as a drink, but as a ritual passed down through generations. My mother was the first to introduce me to it. She always had a cup in her hand, warm and steady, a little moment of peace amid the chaos. She wasn’t fancy about it, but she loved her mocha. That simple cup became a quiet symbol of connection, to comfort, to tradition, to her.
Years later, a DNA test revealed something I’d always felt in my bones: my roots run deep. On my father’s side, I discovered a lineage that traces all the way back to the Aztecs. I am proudly Indigenous, an American Mexican woman with ancestors who lived and thrived on this land long before borders were drawn.
Tlachia Coffee House was born from that dual legacy: the everyday warmth of my mother’s mocha and the ancient strength of my father’s people. It’s why The Ancestor is more than just our signature blend , it’s a tribute. Grown in the sacred soils of Chiapas and Oaxaca, brewed with intention, and served with soul, every cup is a quiet honoring of where I come from and where I’m going.
This isn’t just coffee. It’s heritage in a cup.

We currently offer hand-selected, small-batch coffees and teas roasted and blended with intention. Every purchase from our online shop directly funds the buildout of our mobile coffee cart, launching Summer 2026. Your support helps bring this vision to life, a café on wheels serving specialty drinks, signature blends, and a sense of belonging.

The Ancestor – Signature Coffee
Rooted in heritage and crafted with intention, The Ancestor is our signature low-acid coffee, brewed fresh on the cart every day. This medium roast brings together chocolate, cinnamon, and a hint of green apple for a smooth, comforting flavor that honors tradition while energizing your journey.
Sourced directly from the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, this blend is cultivated by local growers committed to sustainable practices and ancestral methods. Grown at altitudes of 900–1000 meters in clay mineral–rich soil, each bean is fully washed and sun-dried, preserving its depth and integrity.
This rich profile comes from heirloom varieties: Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra, making every sip a connection to the land and the people who nurture it.
